The mask must be hand washed with fresh each use.

Do not wash in the dishwasher.

With your mouth closed, measure the distance between the bridge of your nose and the bottom of your chin:
If it measures less than 4-4.8in (10-12cm), choose size S/M
If it measures more than 4.8in (﹥12cm), choose size L/XL

Recommended use by a competent individual swimmer.
